This hidden gem southwest of Colorado Springs is a quiet retreat into the juniper-pinyon foothills. Spring migration will be in full swing so we can expect many species to be singing and moving through. Our target bird for this location is the Juniper Titmouse.
– Restrooms available at the trailhead only
– Difficulty: moderate. We will walk up to 4 miles along a trail with some steps and incline.
– Bring your binoculars; if you need to borrow some, just request with your RSVP.
